Natalia Drozd is a professional dancer, based in Moskosel (Norrbotten) Sweden and comes from Wrocław, Poland. Holds the Bachelor’s Degree of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from DOCH/SKH Stockholm University of the Arts (2021), admitted to this program as a first Polish citizen. Currently Natalia works in many projects in Sweden and Norway, They have worked amongst others: Emanuel Gat Dance Company, Rosalind Goldberg, Carte Blanche in Bergen, Harald Beharie, Femke Gyselinck, Nicole Neidert, Ellen Söderhult, Cristina Caprioli/Ccap, Amanda Piña, Salva Sanchis, Thiago Granato.

Tailbone-ing movement practice

The subject of exploration in Tailbone-ing practice is the relationship between coccyx commonly known as tailbone and pubic bone (pelvic floor) and atlas. It’s guided as a storytelling blending anatomical terminology with fantasy, abstract images in order to spark your imagination about relations within the body.

Our class will begin from the movement tasks- falling, dancing, bubbles, playfulness to prepare our bodies for somatic exploration of Tailbone-ing. Experienced inner individual exploration of Tailbone-ing practice will be taken into collective dancing, celebration of disco tail bones in the room and the bodily connections.
